Fix a connection problem

Check your key, endpoint, model ID and available allowance.

Key or connection error

Replace the key placeholder with your full API key, check the base URL and restart your tool. OpenAI SDKs use https://siapi.ai/v1; Anthropic SDKs use https://siapi.ai.

Model not found

Use the exact API model ID, such as deepseek-flash, and select the SI-API provider in your tool. Model IDs →

Credit or allowance exhausted

Check your available API credit, plan allowance and billing preference in Billing. The API key, endpoint and tool configuration follow the same setup guide.
