SI-APIPortuguês (BR)Open console Coding Plan and Pay as you go use the same API key, endpoints and tool configuration. Only the way usage is billed differs.
Pay as you go
Top up API credit. Each request is charged in USD for input, cached input and output tokens at the selected model’s rates.
Coding Plan
Buy Pro, Max or Pro Max. Models share the plan’s points, with separate 5-hour and 7-day allowances. Check remaining allowance and reset times in Billing.
Use your default auto key to spend plan allowance first. When the plan cannot cover a request, it stops unless you enable Continue with pay-as-you-go in Billing.

Advanced key billing modes
The endpoints and model IDs are the same. An auto key uses the plan first; a Pay-as-you-go only key always uses API credit. You can keep the two separate with a Plan only key and a Pay-as-you-go only key under Advanced.
