SI-API uses your account identifier and verified email to connect your sign-in with API keys, credit, plans and billing history. Clerk handles sign-in, verification, account recovery and any identity provider you choose to use.
API requests and usage records
Your API request content is sent through our gateway to the configured model service to generate a response. The upstream service has its own data-handling terms; this policy does not replace them.
We record model IDs, request identifiers, token usage, timestamps, price snapshots and billing results to calculate charges, enforce allowances, investigate errors and reconcile your account.
Payment information
When external checkout is available, Waffo processes the payment through its hosted checkout. SI-API retains order and payment references, amounts, currency, payment status and subscription or refund records for account credit and reconciliation. Payment details entered at checkout are handled by the payment provider.
Service providers and processing locations
We use Clerk for authentication, Vercel for website delivery, Supabase for account and billing data, and cloud infrastructure and upstream model services to process API requests. These services process information needed for their respective functions, including technical information used to operate and secure the service.
The account and billing database is hosted in the United States. Depending on the service and model route, information may also be processed in other countries.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses cookies and session technologies. SI-API also uses browser storage for interface preferences and identifiers that prevent duplicate purchase submissions. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; clearing or blocking them can affect sign-in and saved preferences.
Retention and deletion
Account, usage and transaction records are retained as needed to operate the service, secure accounts, reconcile charges and meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed alongside outstanding payments, disputes and records that must be retained. Backup copies can have a separate retention lifecycle.

Use Manage account to update supported sign-in details. To request access, correction, deletion or account closure, email contact@siapi.ai from your account email and describe your request. We verify account ownership before making changes or disclosing account information.
