SI-API is an independent multi-model API service. The model catalog and documentation describe available model IDs, supported request formats and configuration options. Provider and tool names identify their respective products. Review generated output for your application before relying on it.
Account and API key responsibilities
Keep your sign-in and API keys secure, and revoke a key if it is exposed. You are responsible for requests made with your keys and for having permission to submit the content you send. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another account or disrupt the service.
Prices, credit and allowances
Published API prices are in USD per million tokens. Pay as you go uses prepaid API credit; Coding Plans use shared points and the allowance windows shown on the pricing page. Input, cached input and output can have different prices.
Effective Coding Plan prices assume the utilization stated beside the estimate. The checkout or purchase confirmation identifies the product, price, billing period and any applicable taxes. Promotional credit and referral rewards follow the offer conditions and are separate from paid principal.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. One-time plans do not renew automatically. Request cancellation through the available Billing controls or contact us with your order ID. An active subscription normally remains available through its paid period while the payment provider confirms cancellation; check the confirmed subscription status. Cancellation does not itself request or complete a refund.
Refunds and billing questions
To request a refund or review a charge, email contact@siapi.ai with your account email, order ID and the reason for your request. We review the payment, consumed usage, promotional rewards and applicable customer rights before confirming the result and any account adjustment. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Service access and changes
API access depends on your available credit or plan allowance and the supported model route. Model availability, prices and configuration options can change; consult the current catalog and your purchase confirmation. Access may be restricted to address account security, misuse or unresolved billing issues. Contact us if you need help resolving an account restriction.
